I, Joginder Sharma S/o Sh. Sat Paul Sharma R/o Ward No. 10, Rajbagh, Parliwand Kathua (J&K) has been taken membership of "Yug Shakti Network, Mkt. Pvt. Ltd." House No. 1B/435, Avas Vikas Colony, Behind Jawahar Moters, Delhi Road, Moradabad-244001 (U.P) India for the purpose of Business. They have committed in their website Yug Shakti Network Marketing (P) Ltd. after registration for Rs. 350/-, 100/- recharge mobile after registration and when we down 4 other members, they recharge 300/- (as shown in their Advertisement- COPIES ENCLOSED)

I have spent Rs 1400/- for 4 registrations and submit the amount in their Account No. 30833240216 (SBI) near about 2 month back.

I have called them a lot of time for the Recharge or refund the amount, but they neither recharge nor refund my amount.

I am requesting to your goodself to kindly register a complaint against the above said company still working and misuse the peoples hard earning. They are frauding with their online network. I will be thankful to you to kindly check their Accounts and Company details and bank statements. Full address of the company are as given below:
