Dear sir,

i had purchased a cri akash pump from geetha enterprses, trivandrum.
The pump details are as given below.

Pump model r31/1.5/24 1.1/1.5 10309h21054
factory despatch date 29/08/2009

bill date handwritten 23/6/2010.
The pump was not working from 6-1-2012.

On opening the pump by approved technician
of akash pump and send by geetha enterprises
the following defects were noticed/informed.

1.the capacitor in control panel was seen replaced with keltron model. The overheat protector was seen removed.


In this connection i would like to submit the following for your consideration.

The pump was installed by people from geetha enterprises,
and we did not have any control.

Even though the payment was made in sep 2010 and pump supplied
in sep 2010 the warranty card showed the date of bill as 23/6/2010.

The pump is not seen repaired and returned till date though handed over to dealer on 9-1-2012

pl help in recovery of amount from manufacturer/dealer
for supplying a defective pumpset.
