I HOLD ONE BOND OF SARDAR SAROVAR NARMADA NIGAM LTD (SSNL), WHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO BE REDEEMED ON 11 JAN 2014 AS PER BOND CERTIFICATE, BUT ON 28/5/2010 I HAVE RECD A LETTER FROM MCS LTD STATING THAT THE BOND HAS ALREADY REDEEMED ON 10/01/2009, IT IS A VERY SURPRISING MATTER AFTER 16 MONTHS I HAVE BEEN INTIMATED, I NEVER BEEN INTIMATED EARLIER.

SSNL HAS UTILIZED THE FUND ON MY COST, IT IS A VERY SERIOUS MATTER, PROPER ACTION MUST BE TAKEN BY THE PROPER AUTHORITY.

We hold two deep discount bonds which should have been matured in 2014 but we have received a letter stating that our bonds have already been reedemed and instead we would get only 50,000 for each bond.

I had applied for a deep discount bond against my application . I received your letter of allotment in year 1994 for allotment of one deep discount bond. As per your intimation letter dated 9 Jan 1995 for exchange of Letters Of Allotment with Definitive bond certificate, i submitted the Letter Of Allotment duly discharged with your authorised collection centre M/S Tandon Financial Consultants Sector 22-B Chandigarh on 27-1-1995. But i didn't received bond against allotment letter till date . Inspite of making several complaints and sending many letter through courier and speed post, i haven't got any reply . Now tell me what should i do in order to get this bond and money of its redemption. My allotment letter no. is 430323 and distinctive no. is 437810-437810. Number of bonds 1.

My grandfather Mr.K B Mathur has taken a bond with Folio No-514810 and CRT no-541950 by my name Aditya Mathur when I was a minor, now that at age 27 i am major i want to know as to how I can get my name changed from Minor to Major and the process on how to Redeem the same.
