My father had bought a DDB of SSNNL which was to be matured in Jan 14 but when i enquired in Ahmedabad i came to know that company has been liquidated. So how do i get money now?????
Also bond is in jt. name of my dad & mom. My dad is no longer so what should i do to get mmy money at the earliest

I am holding a deep discount bond with folio no.SN 205115. I request for some advice whether to redeem the bond or hold on to it until jan 2014.

Sir/madam,

our family members hold four bonds of sardar sarovar narmada nigam ltd (ssnl), which was supposed to be redeemed on 11 jan 2014 as per bond certificate, but on 28/5/2010 i have recd a letter from mcs ltd stating that the bond has already redeemed on 10/01/2009,
it is a serious matter and breach of contract.
Ssnl has utilized the fund on my cost, it is a very serious matter, proper action must be taken by the proper authority.
I have not redeemed them yet.
Kindly guide in this matter
