I have taken a distributorship after making a full payment and I received the payment receipt from the Whole seller.Whole seller made a commitment to provide the dealers for selling the product .He made this commitment thru e-mail but failed to provide after receiving full payments.No agreement was signed and thus both didn't enter into any contract.Distributor wants the money back.What legal course of action he can take.
