We had taken three policy in the names of Hemant k Sood 891455588, Sulaknadevi Sood policy no.8914555515 and Kundan lall Sood HUF policy no.891455587 under New Jeevan Dhara-I / New Jeevan Suraksha Plan-I (With Profit) on 28/03/2003.
Premeium was paid for two years and last payment was made on 28/03/2004
Since these policy were taken from your Borivali office no.89C we applied to them vide our letter of 06/11/2009 asking them to encash above policies.on compansionate grounds and the Doctors certificates and orginal polices were submited to them vide your receipt no.19220 of 09/11/2009.
Please note that I had fallen ill with NHL(Cancer of Lymphnodes) in 2005 & have under gone two biophy and Chemothypry for same in last few years and can not now work and am in need of money for further treatment.
Please note that Mrs Sulaknadevi Sood compleated 88years on 05/12/2009. And requires medical treatment frequently.
However, since more than 8 months there is no commnication from your Borivali office 89C.
I stay in Mahim and for me to travel to Borivali is not possible.
Please look into this matter and get my invested amount of Rs.60000 plus interest sent to me as early as possible.
