i would like to complaint against excel transport , indore that this transport booked my material from indore to jablapur .but after 30 days he informed us that due to burning of his godown ,our material is also destroyed. he promises as per his rules that he will pay us cliam of 60 % value of our material but only after when he receive insurance from his insurance company.
now after three years, even he gets all his claims from his insurance company he not ready to pay our claims. pl do somenthing in this case . we are equipped with all necessary documents.
