This is regarding my investment in franklin Templeton Mutual fund made in 2001. For a long time, I had forgotten about it and when I remembered recently, I decided to find out about my money.
There is absolutely no information bing provided about what is the status of my money. Neither the customers service executives (who are disgustingly pathetic to deal with) nor the website is able to tell me the information.
