Respected Sir,

I left my previous organization, I also served their notice period as mentioned in Offer Letter. But in the full and final settlement These guys deducted my 10 days salary and my 3 month's night allowance which is nearly Rs. 20000/- . After discussion they agreed that i should have been got the full month salary. It will be cleared in next month.

But i have not received my amount when i am trying to contact them, sometimes they do not pick the call and sometimes replies that it is in process.

Now more then 3 months are over. They are also not giving my form 16.

Please suggest what should i do ?

But i have not received my amount when i am trying to contact them, sometimes they do not pick the call and sometimes replies that it is in process.Now already 4 months completed.They did not release my epf.Now they are telling me to pay extra 3000/- for clearance from company.


What shoud i do please give me a suggestion.
