I am a employee of genpact.
When at the time of joinning they mention many term and condition in appointment letter.
There is clearely mention that if you not want to serv notice period then you can serve ur one month salary.
But right now at the time of resignation they tell we will terminate you and also they are not follow up the rule of human resource department.before 2 month HRD department declare if any individual is graduate they will get near about salary of 7000 but genopact provide salary an amount of 4979 to his employee of max process.it is against law of HRD.and there is no clarity in genpact about resignation some one is saying is somethin and other one is saying other thing so friends i am suggesting you if you thinjk to join genpact it is a wrong desion from your side if you want to be safe so please don,t join genpact guys.

this is regarding fraud by GE employer named KHADIR PASHA.he is working in genpact uppal branch workimg as a process associate in the iprocuirement project.he is going to collect money from outsiders about the jobs.but actually he is a cheater using the company name.so emplyers be AWARE of gempact employee mr.md.khadir pasha.

I totally agree with you. I was about to work for them, fortunately I realized soon that some things were strange, like other amount of money promised at first and other amount of money given in the salary offer, they were insisting a lot to hire me even when I reject the position, they even offered me some more money.

But the interesting part was that I would be obliged to sign a contract of employment for 1,5 year, and IF I left earlier, I had to pay about 400 E for each month I did not complete due to my contract!
Stay away please!!!
