We wish to register a complain against a Transporter who has lost goods of high value during the transit.We have not taken a Insurance for the goods sent. However the transporter should pay the compensation for the loss. The goods were disptached on 05.11.2009 from Mumbai
to Sunabeda, Orissa. There were total three Packages, But only 2 packages were delivered to the Consignee. The package which is lost was of very high value. We have all the documentary evidence to support my claim. Kindly advice the course of action to proceed against the transporter.
