I transported my house hold goods by Agarwal Packers & Movers (P) Ltd. on 29th May from Ahmedabad to Mumbai. I found the following deficiency in services:

1. The goods were delivered 12hr behind promised time.
2. While loading refigerator was not handled properly.
3. TV, Frige, washing machine were to be brought by crates and was charged accordingly. But actually they were brought without crates.
4. On questioning I was asked to go to consumer court by the customer care person.
5. The behaviour of Business development manager and consumer redressal persons was rude and non-copoperative.

I request peple to reconsider in dealing with Agarwal Packers & Movers (P) ltd.
