I want to divert your attention toward a company called Home DMart Inc. which is located at the address "A-41, 1st & 2nd floor, Naraina Industrial Area, Phase-II, Near Batra Banquet Hall, New Delhi-110028".

The Marketing Head of the company is Mr.Gaurav Juneja & about CEO & Directors, no-one knows.

Mr. Gaurav Juneja is having a team of HR's called Ms.Nisha, Ms.Neetu & Ms.Nitika.

Now what they do is...they go to different collages & also mass mail to people with MBA degree for the interview.

During the Interview they they offer the package with the CTC of Rs.15000.00 to Rs.20000.00 / Month & ask the candidates to deposit Rs.25000.00 as the security money for Laptops, Data Card & Mobile Chips, which they will provide.

They commit the salary would be in between 15000.00 to 20000.00 which is totally fixed like if my CTC is 20000.00 then in hand I will be getting around Rs.18000.00/Month after deductions of PF & all.

However to have the above things, they say that the candidate will have to complete 15days of training for which he will get Stipend of Rs.2000.00.

Now here comes the trick...they make the training of 15 days 1-1.5 months long, after which candidates will have to wait for another 20-25 days.

After that if you are lucky enough then you will get Laptop & a Data Card, however for Stipend you have to wait for another month.

When you get the Appointment Letter then then you will get Rs.15000.00 will be the CTC out of which Rs.8000.00 will be fixed & Rs.7000.00 will be incentive based.

If you accept the same then its fine or else you will be given a simple solution of resigning by the HR or the Marketing Head.

On top of that if you stick to the company then getting salary is a dream come true.

If you resign then you will be handed over the Post Dated Cheque (PDC) of 1 month that too after 10-15 days of resignation.

If you can do something about it hen it will be very grateful for all the people who are traped into this intermesh.

This is to tell that few non performers in HomeDmart are passing false information to other performers. Homedmart has 50 Marketing employees right working with the same package in which these non performers had a problem.

Home demart should be hanged till death by authorities becoz they are poison for Indian economy.....................Warning to all those companies which are exploiting in the name of performance based salaries.......remember we r youth.........."hum badlte hain to ITIHAS badal jate hain"
make proper guidlines and rules in HR policies.IN INDIA HR MEANS .....A PROFESSIONAL WAY TO EXPLOIT YOUR YOUNG EMPLOYEES TO MAKE PROFIT FOR UR SHAREHOLDERS......

Indian civil peoples are so helpless that they can not do any thing after being fraud by others..... but indian govt are also so irresponsible that they are not preventing the entry of the fraud organizations like "HOME DEMART" into the indian market...... i want to strictly inform to the Govt to prevent all those things and be responsible to the civil person of india.......

I made a payment of Rs.200/- to HomeDmart about 2 months back for joining the scheme of 'HomeDmart Household Customer' under which, I was promised, we would receive the goods ordered at our home. Now, there is no response on their telephone numbers 011-32928494, 011-49498585, 011-49497585. Their toll free no. 1800-103-6266 is also not accessible. The company seems to be fraud.
