ICICI bank has suddenly de-activated my Trading Account, citing reasons that my account papers are lost and I need to re-execute my application. As per them they have lost my papers due to flood. Can you believe that???
This incident highlights that :
1. Negligence on the part of ICICI bank to not being able to maintain the safety and security of sensitive customer records.
2. It is a threat for people to bank with ICICI, given the fact that the bank fails to maintain safe custody of sensitive data.
I have writtent to higher authorities for an explanation, but they have decided to act deaf..
