we shitala electricals and enterprises Nagpur, had been working as a sub contractor for the ICSA India (Hyderabad) for electrification work at Chandrapur district. ICSA has been working on MSEDCL major projects at different locations.
We worked as a sub contractor for ICSA at Chandrapur dist. After completion of the work this company did not pay us and did not release our last retention amount for more than one and half year.
Our total due payment with the company is Rs. 150000/-
Kindly suggest the action which can be taken against this company. there are few more labour contractors got cheated like us.
