Dear Sir,

I have a Pension account with your Kakinada treasury branch. As I am not well I was not able to withdraw my pension regularly. So I placed a request for a cheque book so that I can withdraw through a bearer on May 15th. I did not receive the cheque book till now. When I enquired about this the branch has informed that the cheque charges have arlready been deducted and I will be getting it soon. On further enquiring I was asked by the branch authoraties to contact Chennai office (CLPC). When I enquired there I came to understand that the cheque book has already been sent and if I am not present in the house due to some reason (door locked) the cheque book will be with the concerned branch. However, I tried innumerable number of times to contact the branch through phone but they are disconnecting it. Now I have moved to Chennai to get myself treated. Could you please help us what is the procedure to get the cheque book and also the procedure to transfer my pension papers and the pension account to Kottur branch in Chennai.
