after making to contact to them they asked us to pay Demand draft of rs:3700/- (as registration fees)
we sent the DD on their said address.

then again they asked us to send DD of RS:2500 (as processing fees)with that leter they sent us 10rs non-judicial stamp. that was drawn in delhi
stamp no.: 34AA 121318. they alloted us customer registration number (CRN) as MUM/13673/2374.

after sending said DD of rs:2500 we called them on 19th may and in that call they give us date of survey of our land as 5th june,2010

now when i checked on net i found lots of complaint like that.
so i m giving you those details .
pls make enquiry in this matter.
threr are several number of people aggrived to this fraud.
they have give their PAN (permamnant account number) as AAJFK9576G which is of Delhi jurisdiction.

On the Daily english newspaper of 'THE ASSAM TRIBUNE' I got an ads given by Khan gold care that they require a vacant land and they will give an advance of Rs. 900000 if they choose the land and they have given a mobile no.08802001301, 08802038786. for the communication. So I communicated with them and they told me to send Rs. 3700 as a registration fees along with the documents and i did accordingly. Again they send me a letter of NOC attaching RS.10 non judicial stamp and asked me to send again Rs. 2500 as a processing fees and in that letter they have mentioned that would call after 7 days for the survey after getting the processing fees.
They also mentioned that if the land is not selected then they would refund the money.But now there is no response and their phone is switched off.

They have given their registered no. as 141/09 and service tax no as- AAJFK9576GSD001 and their address as follows- Khan Gold Care, 9/1,Versha Windsor court, 3rd floor, lal bagh road , Banglore-560027.

After making a contact to above said nos. they asked to send a property details & personal details on plain paper. After some days, they allocated me a CRN NO. MUM/9352/942 &asked to send a D.D. of Nationalised bank of Rs. 3700/- as the charges for registration & processing fees. Accordingly, I sent a d.d. of Bank of maharashtra, Satpur Br. Nashik on 20/04/2010. After some days , they again asked to send a d.d. of Rs. 2500/- as survey charges & fill the N.O.C.of Rs.10/- Stamp . But I e-mailed to to confirm that Rs.3700/- Rs.2500/- are refundable if the site is not found suitable for mobile tower construction. They replied me thr' e-mail that above both charges are refundable if site is not suitable.They also repliedto send N.O.C. right now & I can pay Rs. 2500/- at the time of site survey. So According to their e-mail , I sent only N.O.C.on 14/05.2010. thr' speed post. I was waiting for their reply, But I found that this is totally a FRAUD company & cheating the educated peoples. Pl. help us to get our money return.

after making contact to them they request to send a bank draft of Rs:3700/- in favor of
Khan Gold Care Payable at Bangalore are being the charges for Registration and Processing,
which is refundable subject to suitability of the propose site.

I sent the Bank draft on their said address. KHAN GOLD CARE, 9/1,1st Cross, Versha Windsor
Court 3rd floor, Lal Bagh Road, Bangalore 560027, Karnataka, India.

They alloted us Customer Registration Number (CRN) as : MUM/8690/787.and give us
two new contact numbers 08802038786 & 09880830793 for future communications between
10.30 am. to 5.00 pm. only and the phones are attended by Mr. Parvez Jain.

Then again they asked us to send Bank draft of Rs: 2500/- (as Survey charges)with NOC letter
they sent us Rs.10/- India Non Judicial Stamp that was drawn in Delhi Stamp No.: 33AA 385928.
I called them on 5th may and they give us date of survey of our land as 1st June 2010 but all
two lines are SWITCH OFF from 1st June 2010 to till date.

Now when I checked on net I found lots of complaint like that. so I m giving you those details .

i got got a number of this fraud company from my relatives and then we called to them and call was received by Chandrika Sharma, she told me that u have to send a demand draft as a registration fees, and she told me that u will get your agrement letter in 40 working working day's. the first demand draft was send by us was of 3,700/- and then after second demand draft for [NOC] worth rs. 2500/- and then after they told me that survey team, will come soon and they gave me the date of 5 february.

They Ask you to send Documents and then ask you to give Rs. 1500/- to Rs. 5000/- as initial deposit once their Surveyor finalises the Property.

So GUY Please Be Aware of Similar Frauds, which are happening every now and then ..
