I was worked for the company Numeric power systems Ltd, Chennai for 9 years 8 months and when i got new job i had resigned the job and as per appointment terms need to work 1 month as notice period, When i resigned the job on 23 rd sep my sep month salary was been stopped by company and i had worked for 20 days for notice period till 13th oct and applied 10days leave and left the company.

Now they are not paying my 50 days salary and not settling my dues and PF.

Pl help me

Dear Sir

I have resigned on 01.07.10 after serving 4+ years in a company. Therefore I have given almost 1 month notice, as mentioned in my appointment letter. Now, Company has hold my Salary & other reimbursements, stating that all will come along with the Full & Final Settlement. All other employees has got their salaries. i am recived from company relave Letter & experience letter.
but till date they not release my last month salary & other reimbursements

i am continewsly follow up company but they not give the proper respons . please help what action taken aginest the company

I have worked upto 8.10.2010. Now, Company has hold my Salary ,. All other employees has got their salaries. i have recived from company relave Letter, appointment letter.and voucher for salary received
but till date they not release my october month salary

i am continuously follow up by telephone and mail but they not give the proper response.. please help what action taken aginest the company
