    Dear Sir,
    I Have bought a Nikon Coolpix from Lets buy .com through online shopping on dated 06.09.2011 .with order no. LSB 361548.
    I received the shipment on dated 10.09.2011 but during the order placing there were some gifts items Such as D'signer watch & Pen which I did not received till now. I have called & written mails to Lets buy.com but they did not gave me any response.
    I am attaching the further communications held with Lets buy.com
    So I need your assistance in this matter

    Default Complaint regarding hard disk

    I placed an order for a beetel cordless phone and a wd elements 1tb hard disk on 7/11/2011, order no- LSB-587424, i only received the partial shipment of the phone and on their website they are showing that both the products have been delivered. i have complained them 4-5 times but they always tell that delivery will be made in 1-2 days. Their delivery is pathetic. When i asked for refund they said that it would atleast take a month.
    I have purchased many things from flipkart and ebay but never faced these kind of issues. Now i regret shopping on letsbuy.
    If anyone one from letsbuy team is reading this please ship my product as fast as you can.
