Dear Sir,

I am holding SBI Credit Card for last three years. Six days back (01-02-2012) I received a telephone call from one of the executive of India Darshan who are engaged in Tour and travels business and the name of the man who called me is Arun Yadav. He said me that he is calling from SBI CArds and he offered me a Card, Holiday Package, and Reebok Shoes. He said me that I will get one CREDIT CARD with no limit and I will get 30% discount on all type of purchse through this new card, and he also said me that you can enjoy the facility of both the credit cards. But now I have come to know that he was calling from India Darshan and not from SBI Cards and it is not a Credit card, it is a DISCOUNT CARD. Not only this much, when I said him I am not willing to pay any Rs. 5,500 for this facility he said me that " OK Sir you don't have to pay any amount of money and you please avail our offer". Only on the basis of false representation by Mr Arun Yadav as well as entire company I have enterd into this type of transaction with them. Arun Yadav as well entire Company have cheated me and lured me into this, by giving wrong backgrounds and briefs. Had Mr Arun Yadav mentioned "Discount card" initially, i would never have allowed this to happen at first place. But he completely misrepresented the entire thing.

Now my existing SBI Credit Card is debited with Rs. 5,500/-. India Darshan and their employee Mr Arun Yadav has cheated me and I am really embarrassed with this kind of behaviour from them. Because of this I have gone under mental harassment, loot, forgery, cheating, and misrepresentation.

I sent my mail to them to request them to reconsile the matter and cancel the transaction made between them and me and to reverse the amount of Rs. 5,500 and credit into my SBI Credit Card. The payment Ref No. is 10310250.

But they are not reversing the money.

Please sir/madam take up the matter and do some favour for me for justice otherwise this company can also cheat some other persons.
