I have purchased one cheical lot before 2 years back and while taking the delivery whole materials loaded in truck and not given to me and taken back without my mistak. After 17 days letter come to take the delivery and materials we lifted. Now in this case we suffered loss of 17000/- and at that time i was told that loss will be given to you but now they are not giving me my loss. I am senior cityzen doing all work from home and 2/3 hours from office. How can i get my loss ?
