i m nilesh kumar ex-empolyee of new era bpo; on 4 jan2012 i qualify the interview and from 5jan 2012 - 7jan 2012 there is 3 days trainning. After that i came on the floor on 9 jan2012 for working but due to shortage of telephone line i unable to call till 11jan 2012.
From 12 jan2012 they pressure on me for fantastic work but i done average work because lack of opportunity and shortage of telephone lines.
After that they terminate me 0n 28 jan2012 without salary and on demand of salary they said-"we unable to paid".
And also sign on termination letter with no dues by force and cheating.
And they also not given termination letter photo copy.
PLZ HELP ME
