I have paid Rs. 5000 to an agency called " S. K Enterprises, Andheri(W), Mumbai who claimed to provide full time maids on request, on payment of their agency fees. I duely made the payment on 16th June & provided them on the necessary information on my requirement.
One day after they sent me an old lady who did not have any idea of the work( which included taking care of a 1 year old kid & managing house & cooking). Quite obviously she was unable to do all this even for a day. She left within 24 hrs & for no reason i had to pay her Rs. 100.
After that the agency kept postponing the sending of anybody for a week despite followups. I then talked to them & told them that i do not wish to continue with you & that they need to refund my money. They asked me for a formal letter which i sent them on 22nd june asking for refund.
Till date ( 21st July) despite followups they have not returned any money. As usual they keep postponing the date saying their CA is busy etc. etc.

I am one amongst you that have made a mistake of paying this same company S.K Enterprises an amount of Rs. 8000/-. I paid them in the month on November around 20th and still haven't got any maid or no refund. I stay in nasik and it's difficult to reach the company in person. Don't know how to get my money back. The main person Mr.Rajiv Shah is extremely rude and non reliable. He has stop answering my calls and is not ready to give any response . Please help me or guide me on what action can be taken against him.
