I submitted Recurring Deposit book account no. 1070493 in the name of my daughter Ashna Gupta, in Safdarjung airport post office - 110003 on date 30.4.2011(receipt is with me). I submitt it to transfer it from Agra to Delhi Safdarjung airport post office. I wrote a letter to Postmaster General , Agra Region, Agra-282001, phone 0562 2363310, fax 0562 2267716 regarding not receiving RD in Safdarjung post office on date 26-12-2011. In his regard i contact in safdarjung post office several time, but they informed that without RD book, they could not do anything. In this RD account Rs. 32000.00 is deposited and since 8 month i m unable to deposit money.
I m feeling very harrased by this event and i request to take action against the post office.
