i have purchaged non woven shopping bags, from Balaji flexipack, rajkot, gujarat, to resale those bags here instesd of plastic bags.
I paid 35000 rupees in advance on 10th of April, 2010, and they send me for 32000 rupees only on 29th of May, 2010, and that also what i have not asked for, thay send me the wrong colors, and material, and since then i was keep on asking them about the colors and material and they were saying we will send since then, but till now i have not received any thing, and instead of sending me the stock, they are palying with me, they have given wrong LR number to waste my time, tey were almost succeeded in it, they wasted my time almost one month, and then after they were saying they will deposit my money back and asked me to send their stock back to them, even for that also i said ok, but so far i did't receive a single penny from them, its almost one month back they said they have deposited the check,

Balaji flexi pack wasted my time, and they tested my patience, and they destroyed my business, every thing..

Please help me on this, i have stored every mail and message from them.
