I have subscribed for 3 yrs for both outlook money and outlook profit , from starting date to till now never the company has delivered the subscription copy in time and till date i have sent almost 7 mails complainig about there poor customer service and asked them to refund the amount but till date the outlook company simply sends a apolize mail and gives assurance of not repeating the poor quality of serive , but again after a month they will be back to their own ways delivery poorest of poor quality of customer service i have ever seen.

Please help in filing a case against this company for their poor quality of service and also for not refunding the amount to me even after repeated reminders.
