I have been work for 3 years in TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES LTD KOLKATA through third party (MBIT COMPUTRAINING PVT LTD. NEW DELHI )but my claims of 23000 is still pending . they have not returned it back to me . I was forced to leave the job, i had no option but to leave that job. Plz help me in getting back my amount.
