Sir

I want to bring our Government's attention the difficulties been faced by the only few employees who are still working at the ESTEEMED so called E-SEVA CENTRES.
The Common man mustn't even be knowing that the SALARIES that the people working at E-seva are getting. All are under the impression that working at E-seva Centres means a Govt. JOB which isn't true at all. This is a private organisation to whom the responsibility of different departments collections had been entrusted & they get good commissions for the amounts collected (I think per each transaction they get a fixed amount - whether the collected amount is Re.1 of Rs.1 lac)
But what they pay to their employees is as follows :
Rs.3,000/- to 3,500/- max. to the Operators and the security guards
Rs.4,000/- to 4,500/- to a Manager
This is the reason that these days we are seeing only ONE Counter working in almost all the E-seva centres because most of them have left their jobs and only those we aren't having any other source of income are still forced to continue but with their salaries also not been paid to them since the LAST more than THREE Months they are also think of quitting & closing down shutters of all the E-seva centres. Previously there used to be atleast 6 to 8 people working in TWO Shifts (8-2 & 2 -8) Hence people were able to finish their payments very very quickly. But not now.
I request the concerned department & the CM Garu to look into matter personally and to solve the problems of the E-seva Employees which will benefit only the common man otherwise like previously only ONE will have to make their household payments separately (like APTRANSCO, HMWSSB, GHMC, Telephones, etc. etc.) wasting their time.
Hope something might be done in this regard if this gets published in "SPEAK OUT".
