I want advice from any member who can help me.

I am basically freelancer creative consultant, I design brochure, visiting card, letterhead etc.

I have given letterhead(one of my client's company) printing job to printer at Mulund. I even provided him wit a sample print, still it was wrongly printed - there is lotus in logo, it is pink color with red outline, but in final print it is only red outline. So when i said him about it, he said you pay me now take it to client if he accepts its good for you and me. And if he reject I will give you back full money, and i believed his words. But when client rejected, I urgently printed it from other printer, and when i told mulund printer to refund the money as client has rejected his printing he refused. Indeed he is saying I wont give you money back do whatever you want to do.

Please tell me how to go about it? how to register complaint in consumer court?
