Dear Sir/Madam,

My Name is Hemant Tulshiram Suryawanshi & I have an HDFC A/c with very good Bank Statement till date.

I have visited HDFC Bank today as my name is constantly appearing in Cibill Report & as such I am unable to apply for any kind of Loan although I have cleared entire dues from my side.

It would be humble request if the Bank provide me the entire details of the loans that was being taken by me in the past few years that are being shown in the Cibil Report.
