I had submitted FORM-16 forms for two accounts to Taxspanner. Since I had multiple forms for each account, hence I decided to go through a vendor to file manually instead of filing it online. I never knew that this decision would become my worst decision ever while working with finance.

I did not receive any kind of response from them so after few days I contacted them to check the status and see what I found. There was no phone number mentioned on their company website. A single phone number was mentioned with condition (not a customer support number), so I gave a try to dial that number which was always engaged.

I started sending mails to the mentioned E-mail IDs to see the response from them. After sending many e-mails I got response saying we have got your request and we are filing the ITR. But after that I didn’t get any response after sending follow-up mails.

So finally I decided to go to their office and get the status checked. There were several mistakes with each and every action they took while filing ITR in their website.

1. He gave me credentials which didn’t work, one person check his self and confirmed. What a start………
2. They did not register the accounts correctly
3. I paid Rs 400 (200 rs for each) but their system was showing one paid and one not paid.
4. They mentioned the name incorrectly and filed the ITR
5. When I showed the receipts and asked them to change the name and the status to paid, he said “I will change” even though he did not note it down anywhere. I wonder I am not the son of some big man like Vijay Malaya that he would remember my name.
6. I asked for the phone number then he gave the same number which I dialed for 100 times and then I saw there was only one phone kept in the corner and the headset was hooked off from the phone set and kept on the table.
7. Not even this, my friend had some issue and was with me. Even he had given multiple forms to them out of which it was showing only one form in their bullshit system.
8. On enquiry, we came to know that his forms had been sent to Delhi. We got so pitched off that these people were sitting for eating SAMOSA?
9. After several chats one guy asked my friend to send e-mail to them from his system, then another guy shouted to do it from outside. First of all they misplaced his forms, secondly he did not allow to send mail, moreover he said we have work don’t waste our time. As if we are going to chat or open **** sites from his system
10. I asked him that the calculations in my form were not correct as expected, then that same person again shouted that they are CAs. As if he was telling that he is PM of this country who can make any mistake. 100% efficiency person, waoooo my shit. A complete asshole guy should be in animal museum
11. And many more, at-least 10 more points to discussed but can’t explain further…..

I am still wondering if my returns will be filed or not.
