I wish to bring to your kind notice that I lost my husband on 17/07/2009 and soon after recovering from the irreparable loss I suffered, I had applied to the SBI Pushpa Bhawan Branch, where my husband’s Pension Account No 10453556693 was maintained in August 2009, for release of family pension to me. After A great deal of ups and downs and lots of correspondence/ personal visits, it was intimated that the case has been forwarded to the Centralized Pension Processing Centre, Chandni Chowk, duly completed all the formalities for release of the family pension into my Saving Bank Account Number 30943868392 .
Inspite of several reminders/ personal visits to the Chandni Chowk Branch, no action has been taken in the matter so far with the result that even after more than 11 months from the death of my husband, I have not been paid the family pension. In the meantime, I had conducted the marriages of my daughter and son in October 2009 and May 2010 respectively, by raising loan from my relatives and friends in anticipation of receipt of pension in the near future, which has put me in such an embarrassing situation that I am unable to face them eye to eye, besides the interest mounting higher day by day.
In view of the factual position explained above, you are requested, kindly to use your good offices to get the needful done by the authorities concerned without further delay, as I am under lot of debt and failed to repay the loan to the friends/ relatives, besides meeting the day to day expenses during these days of hardships.
A very early action in the matter would be solicited.
