Prem Sports located near R.K.Puram flyover, Neredmet, Sec-Bad has a very bad approach towards customers.
I visited the shop on 29/07/10 around 8:00 Pm for buying a set of carom coins and a striker. It cost me Rs35 for the coins set and another 35Rs for the striker, 70 in total. From the begining, his way of speaking and all were little annoying.
I reached home and found out that the striker was too big for my board so i put it aside to exchange it with another one.
Next day morning on the way to the office, i decided to return it back and exchange it for another one.
As i entered the shop, The shop was empty(As always) and the shop keeper was reading the news paper.
I told him that i came to exchange the striker but his response was DID I ASK YOU TO BUY IT? I said no but it's too big for my board so i've not even used it so there should be no problem in exchanging it. He said BUT WE HAVE SOME PROBLEMS TAKING IT BACK. Then i saw the board written saying no Credit or Exchange. Before i left, I said to him that pls be little good to customers and he started using bad languages and scolding me and asked me to get out of the shop(Of course i too said back some things)

O.K. if he cannot exchange the goods once sold. Bud should he be so rude to the customers? After all a business runs only due to the customers.

I too run a business in BALANAGAR and i very well know how important each customer is.

I wish he changes his approach towards the customers as i may not be the only one who suffered such a behavior from his side.
