Respectfully, the following few lines are hereby submitted at your good honour for your kind consideration and taking action against the cheated company.



a) Shipranet is company in Munirka who provides work (converted the PDF file in Microsoft word) after taking Rs 1500/- as a registration charges. On 09-04-2010 I had taken and covered under their registration no. RO-155. (Scanned copy attached).



b) According to their term sheet signed between Shipranet and me, I had received PDF files containing 74 pages through mail. Out of 74 pages I had typed 50 paged in Microsoft word (according to term sheet) and sent back to Shipranet through mail within 14 days time. For this work they have to paid me Rs 2,000/- (Rs 40/- per page). I also spent Rs 250/-on taking print out of 50 pages.



c) I mailed 50 pages to them on Apr 22, 2010 at 8:06 PM through mail. This mail was not bounced. Before sending this mailed I contacted Mr Rupesh (employee of Shipranet) over telephone and explained regarding my work and mail.



d) Thereafter no response has been received from Mr Rupesh nor their company. After four days I again contacted them over telephone & they told that my work not received in their company computer. I am really shocked and then I personally approached them in their office but they ignored me and told me that my mail is not received by them.



e) I demanded my money (Rs 1500/-) which was deposited as a registration charges totally refused to returned the same from Mr Rupesh.



f) After lots of telephonic conversation and personnel liaison no fruitful response has been received from them. Then on 08-05-2010 I lodged a RTI complaint (copy of my letter dated 30-04-2010 is also attached) to their Shipranet Company at Munirka through Registered Post. A copy of post office slip is enclosed for your reference as confirmed by postal authority.



g) Till date I am not getting any their response from them.
