We are working with a pvt. ltd. firm based at Mumbai. we are working at his Indore office. we are facing salaries issues (not getting on time) also suddenly management decide to close there Indore office. now we 8 people are job less coz of this decision. can we apply for consumer court. kindly suggest me.
