Hello everyone....I want to know that I had resigned from a company but did not attend the office for the notice period of 15 days ..Now what has happened is that I worked for 30 days in the company before resigning in which i had written that i would come for 15 more days as notice days. But due to personal reasons I was not able to go to office. So anyway I was expecting my 30 days of salary which i had earned before the resignation and i have received none. I asked my manager and they are saying that you wont get even a single rupee...

What am I supposed to do..Should I go to court or not....Your advice would be really appreciated...!!!

I worked for NSE IT for 2-3 months, I submitted my resignation and was relieved from NSE IT on 15 Jan 2011.

Now I am no more associated with the organization, no one from NSE IT properly respond to my calls or emails on Salary.
Off lately they have stopped responding.

Point to be noted is in my offer letter there is no mention about notice period etc,
also my resgination was accepted by my PM and other seniors.

Now they say you wont get your salary, as you did not give prior notice etc etc.
But it is their fault as they have not mentioned anything about notice period.

I am constantly visiting their office but my efforts are in vain.

Could somebody help me?
