My SBI ATM account has been hacked on the 22nd of march wherein a sum of 39,000 was deducted from my account and when i went to complain to the officials they send me to the cops. but i would blame SBI for their negligence of keeping 2 Machines in the same room and having no security outside, none of this would have happened if the securiy guard was kept outside no one would meddle with the machines. pleas help me as soon as possible!!

i have lost almost 32000/- in three days from 27 to 29 july 2011 from my account using the POS OF BILL DESK AND AVENUES INDIA PVT LTD MUMBAI USING these payment gateways . I have written these companies however no replay from this company so far. How can a person use my debit card no without using it physically. I have made a complaint to the bank and local police station. also given the cyber police is on the look out the culprit using my card.

sbi can not give a card protection, why they issue it to the customers. the card is with me and never used any shop. how it is possible.
