I have entered into contact with Lilamenenterprises on 13th July 2010 ( maid agency center - Pune) who promises to provide maid to me and have taken Rs5000/- in cash as advance to the service. While paying I repeatedly asked what if .... and they keep promising we are about there servises.
I was told once my requirements are given, same will be registered and according to my requirements maid will be selected and will be send to me with there boy who will hand over the documents to me in case I select her in the interview. In case I don't they will bring a new candidate to me.
In case I am not happy with the maid, same will be replaced. ( On the receipt, its written : If candidate is selected for one day also your deposit will not be refund adn only replacement within one year will be done).

I was told they are sending a maid on 17th July. Maid turned up on 18th July - evening. On one was with her and she was not having any documents with her. I tried to call the agency but no one picked up the call. On 19th July, at 9 they picked up the call and when I said I didnt liked the maid the said to adjust for a day or two. ( On 18th when this new maid came my old maid was relieved by me). Since then I am calling them, they either don't pick the call or say we will provide by tommorow. I am working lady with a 9 months old child. I can't go to office till I get amaid. Their head office also dont revert back.
Please help !
