I have joined with two chits in shriram chits at dwaraka nagar branch in the year 2002 for 50 months.
After some months i have bidded one chit for 14000 loss and i gave them all docs. But they rejected
due to one surity signature is not sufficient because they are not Govt. employ. After one half month
they said to me you can submit deposit bond from anybody against security. At that time I have taken
Shriram Finance Fixed deposit bond from my relation. When i have transferred Nellore in 2006 May
the same informed to collection agent and company manager also. At that time chit due for three month
i.e JUNE/JULY & AUGUST.

After completion of chit period my secured bond is not sent to bond name person. At least not informed
any this till date. When my relatives is asked me in December'09 regarding their bond I stunned why it
happend and I enquired to branch manager I & II. (i.e on 05.1.10 , 18.2.10 & in march month weekly twice)
Everytime they said we don'tknow we are new for this company, we have to check once. Finally in April
month I have shouted on them before all new and old customer, then they said first you give us one
letter we can verify and within short period settle your problem. But I said them how many times I have
to give my request letter, if you wanted will give xerox only.

After few days Mr. Sankara Rao - accts person telephoned and said that Sir, you have paid excess amount to us, first you you take immediately my manager told the same. But how can they said
I don't know. Finally they gave my excess amount Rs.19000/- and told within few days your bond
will receive from zonal office and we inform to you. But till date there is no information and nobody
bothered my case.
