I sent cheque of Rs 17500 and purchased there 10 pack electronic cigarettes. They said that they will give inquiry of person if it is coming from Ahmedabad, Gujarat. But they did not help. I also called company but they did not answer me properly. They did not help me in any advertisement. They did not give my number to any person contacting from Ahmedabad or Gujarat as they promised on phone.

They even promised me in phone that they have appointed me as a dealer of E Cigarettes for Ahmedabad region and then than later they told me that they had made me channel parter for this company and like this they changed there mind. They told that MRP of cigarette is ` 2250 and they are giving me in Rs 1750. When I asked them why they did not printed MRP rates on packets of cigarettes they told me that this lot they have not printed MRP in next lot they are printing it.

I told my friend to contact this company and checked whether they give my number to you. He called to Arti but instead of giving my number to my friend they were interested in selling e- cigarette to my friend and they did not give my number to my friend. I have cross checked this company they are just interested in selling there product. This company is not interested in there good will and they are big fraud. I contacted them to return back my money but they refused to do so saying that it is too late for them to do and neglected it. They are cheating through websites and through sms marketing.

Kindly help me in getting my money back; I also need compensation I lost my money in calling them and for mental harassment, my compensation stands to ` 25000/-

Even if you call on company landline no. +91-4464577723 @ 9.00pm, Aarthy picks up the call.The company seem to be run by only one person named aarthy jha, she's also on facebook, so it is possible to trace her. I've also given 100000 Rs. to them and now i'm looking forward to raise police complaint against them. Please contact me on 7709376741, to support.

Steamz representatives have reverted to me and they have told me that supply will be started by March, so, now i've decided to wait till march and hopefully, this time atleast they will keep their word.
