I was working in HBL Power Systems Limited, Hyderabad as General Manager (Projects) with employee code 48186. The registered office of this company is Road No. 10, banjara Hills, Hyderabad - 500034 and the factory is Lalgadi Malakpet, Shameerpet Mandal, RR District Hyderabad - 500078.

As per clause (x) of the appointment letter no. HBL/HRD/NOV/08/SPET dated 21.11.2009 issued by Mr. Rama Rao, General Manager - P & A ( mobile no. 9396844779), one month's notice or salary in lieu of notice is required by either employee or employer.

However, on 31.05.2010, my immediate senior officer called me and informed that my services are not required from 01.06.2010. The Company has, therefore, violated clause (x) of its own appointment letter.

I had made several oral and written appeals to Mr Rama Rao and Dr. AJ Prasad, C & MD ( mobile no.9848012601) to release one month's salary in lieu of notice but there was no response.

You are requested to intervene and direct HBL Power Systems Limited to give one month's salary in lieu of notice period.
