I trusted the website after I saw an Home Based Job AD in Tirupathi, Shakshi newspaper . I paid Rs. 960/- as the registration fees on 26th June 2010 through HDFC Bank, and I sent a Email to the Co. giving details of job required and the cash paid by me, with the scan of bank receipt to them. On Monday 28th June I called up on phone, after a long linebusy I got connection and spoken to lady by name Pallavi. She informed that the server is down and call in the evening, after that in evening I tried to call but they did not lift the phone and it was coming busy. The next day I again tried the call, my call was lifted my the same lady and this time she said that they did not receive any email from me. But I have sent three times email to them, She told that I am only giving false statement to her and lying that I have sent money to them. When I shouted at her She told me to send again Email of the details. This time I sent them again three emails from different email ID, and immediately called them on phone. This time also Pallavi lifted the phone and I asked her wheather they received the email, after checking she told that they received the mail. And they will send the details by evening 05:00 P.M (Tuesday). But I didnot receive any mail of job details from them. The next day i.e today 01st July I again called on phone, Pallavi lifted the phone and said that I will receive the details in the next 24hrs. While they have clearly mentioned in the website that after paying the payment within 30minutes me will get job details with username and password. I got angry and when I asked about what they are doing, she cut off the phone. And is not lifting the phone when done from my Mobile No. Their is no response from the company till now. The executives in the call centre are very rude and they have been avoiding my calls and emails since the past 4 days. I just tried to do some research about this company and later realized that there are many people like me who have faced the same issue.
