    Unhappy UAE exchange complaint about service

    Dear sir,

    your outlet in jebal ali LOB 16 Br. one of your staff name is Hamid, his attitude and customer service is not satisfyd as per the standard of your prestigiuos firm. this si not the first time.

    he must deal all the customers with the standard of UAE exchange. he must not make the customers disapointed.

    Post Compaint about AJMAN Branch

    Dear Sir,
    Your Ideoalagical words Service is your currency is not at all matching with the service of your Old Branch in Ajman opposite to Emirates India Exchange.

    Today afternoon at 12.45pm i went for a transaction in the Branch the lady staff Mubeera counter no.8 is busy with her Mobile. I asked for the service she is upset with me and asked me to go to counter no.14. At that time the only counter which was working is 14 and it was a lady staff the counter was in a big que. I requested to Mubeera she become very harsh to me. So i turned to counter no.15. The Indian Man his first name Mohammed (Keralite) he is also coming upset with the customers. So this not a good attitude what your staff are doing. So please give them a proper training for the Behaviour to customers. Customer service is the Motto. And pls make a strict rule that at the working time do not use Mobile Phones.

    I usually visiting the UMM AL QUWAIN BRANCH. There the staff are very polite to customers.

    In Ajman the specified branch is the worst service i had get.
