THIS IS A COMPLAIN AGAINST MR. ARINDAM MUKHERJEE MD-BISHAL GROUP AND MR. SANJAY CHAKRABORTY BDE BISHAL GROUP AND HONOURABLE CHAIRMAN MR. RATAN CHOWDHURY.

With due respect I hereby beg to inform you that I am working as a Franchise Head in Bishal Group of Company from date 20/12/2009 and I had got my Offer Letter on date 19/12/2009 from your residense at 12 midnight. Mr. Arindam Mukherjee MD, had convinced me to leave MY PREVIOUS and to join Bishal on an immediate basis and he had offered me a salary of 40,000 per month, apart from this he had verbally offered me to get a reimbursement of my car fuels @ 7 rupees per kilometer.



From that very that day I had given my level best effort in the success of this company and dedicated myself irrespective of day and night . All his emails sms's and several phone calls had been clearly recorded with the time details, and that can be produced if required before our hnourable Chairman Mr. Chowdhury that how much effort COMPANY had snatched from me .



But I am sorry to say that instead of giving me my payout ( SALARY/REIMBUREMENTS) , HE had intentionally transferred all my Businesses and credits to your MATERNAL BROTHER MR. BIJOY, knowing everething, which had shocked me to unlimited extent.





When I had demanded my SALARY for the last two months he had thrown rough and rough slangs and threatened me to kill even in phone which can also be clarified in a span of time and in a pinch and it had been communicated to Mr. Sandip Sarkar, Admin Manager, who had co-operated with me to a lot extent . HE SAID THAT EMPLOYEE ID CARDS HAD BEEN DISTRIBUTED TO ALL EMPLOYEES EXCEPT ME, HE CAN SPEAK THE TRUTH NOW, IF NOT FORCED BY SOME ONE.

Even if THE COMPANY STAFFS had asked me to take a part payment of 10000/20000 only and to resign from the services of the company.



Mr. Arindam had always miscommitted me in all parameters. Day by Day HE and Mr. S. Chakraborty BDE of theCompany had used my car in official purposes committing me the reimbursements but all are in vain.





Mr. Arindam and Mr. Sanjay had always miscommunicated to me and given my credits to your younger brother. Is this the right way Boss ???? He had simply destroyed my future and career as well in his palmtop..even if he had finished my life and erased my two months inspite of lots of efforts.





Respecxted Sir, this is my utmost request to you to help me get my salary at the earliest to my bank acount (cancelled cheque will be provided if required).



Dear Sir, my son is very sick and i need my salary for the last 2 months which i had worked and Mr. Arindam even know that very well, I beg for my salary WHICH I DESERVE

At last they are saying that I was not released by my previous company thats why my salary for 2 months with this company had not been processed but how can it be... On the other side they are saying I had been given the offer letter and no appointment letter, i havent worked, then what are the instructions mail doing in my inbox.
Please guide me what to do Boss. I need my Salary for the days i had worked.
