Kind attention is invited Rights 1989 Certificates UTI Master Shares Folio No. MF: 814273 on the subject.
Since more than 20yrs have been lapsed but my certificates of 400 Master Rights 1989 issued by allotment advice letter No. 249797 – 431255 dated 29th may 1989 Distinctive nos. 0191394509 to 0191394908 have not been received in original or duplicate.
In spite of number of visits made personally to the office of registrar no attention is paid to the pending issue of 20yrs. I had already submitted Indemnity Bond in year 1996 to UTI.
Further no Dividend of 400 shares under reference has been paid for the years till 2010. I shall be highly obliged if due 400 shares of rights 1989, will be issued to me at the earliest. Further please note that not a single Master Share has been sold or transferred in other name by me. Please intimate me action taken in the matter by UTI Master Shares and do the needful at the earliest.
