i m asub agent of western union money transfer from last 6 to 8 yearsthey made an agreement with my company in that agreement they gurrenteed that they will not appoint any sub agent in 100mtr.distance this is the rules of western union money transfer and also the rules of reserve bank of india [RBI] UNDER THIS THEY CANNOT APPONIT ANY AGENT WITH THE DISTANCE RANGE OF 100 MTR. TO OTHER AGENT.now they are breaking this rules and appointing agent within the distance of 10mtr.,20mtr.,30mtr,to other agent .
this is the totally breking of rules and also breaking the agreement .this is the business loss to the old coustmer of western union.for ex. in mumbai city kurla ,chembur, shivaji nagar,cheeta camp,mumbra one location to other lacation of western union agent the distance is only 10mtr to 50mtr.
so i request you to ask western union money transfer under RTI RULES and under indian company rules why they are doing this mis behavior activity and doing the loss of old coustmer.
