Sub--- Wrong CIBIL Report (Control Number: 44, 99, 13,405)

Dear Sir,

Recently I tried to get a car loan from State Bank of India, Branch-Sector 41-D, Chandigarh. My car loan is getting delayed because of wrong CIBIL report. I submitted all the required papers but my application got rejected as my name was listed in CIBIL defaulters list. Because of that I am not able to get any loan from bank.

Ref. to your CIBIL information report Dated 07/10/2010 Control No 44,99,13,405 the details which are mentioned in the report are not clear, I am not aware of the loan which is mentioned on my name (Mentioned in CIBIL Report-Bussiness Loan,Sector-Agriculture, Ownership-Individual,Account Number and bank name-Not mentioned ,Account Opened 27/02/2008,Over Due-21,860), not even getting any clarification about the overdue funds. As I have not taken any loan from any bank. Moreover, the report is not showing any bank name.


And the Second major mistake, my actual name is

As per CIBIL report the defaulter’s name is
Naresh Kumar S/o Sh Chet Ram,
R/o Vill.Kandery. Teh. Pathankot,Distt.GURDASPUR,PUNJAB,
PIN Code-143521,
Voter ID- GSP1234567.

So please help me as I have suffered alot because of the wrong report and try to find out that who is the defaulter person on my name.

And please provide me with the actual CIBIL report.

The below given information is wrong on my CIBIL report.

1. Father Name
2. My Permanent Address
3. Voter ID Card Number
4.
5. Business Loan, Sector-Agriculture which is overdue. (Mentioned in CIBIL Report-Bussiness Loan,Sector-Agriculture,Account Opened 27/02/2008,Ownership-Individual,Over Due-21,860)



I am sending to you the Xerox copy of my Pan Card, Voter ID Card and Verified Pan Card information taken from Income Tax Department, Chandigarh.

Please verify all Information & Correct information mention on my CIBIL report.

Dear Sir,

Recently I tried to get a home loan from HDFC bank, New Delhi. My home loan is getting rejected because of wrong CIBIL report. I submitted all the required papers but my application got rejected as my name was listed in CIBIL defaulters list. Because of that I am not able to get any loan from bank.

Ref. to your CIBIL information report Dated 24-Aug-2006,18-jun-2010,6-jun-2011 and consumer loan against the Control No 518 64 5091, the details which are mentioned in the report are not clear, I am not aware of the loan which is mentioned on my name (Mentioned in CIBIL Report-Bussiness Loan,Sector-consumer loan, credit card number,Account Number and bank name-Not mentioned,

hence please provide the complete details so that I can fight agaist them to get it corrected.
