Dear sir / madam,

i am sougata sen, i have started my job on dated: 10.10.2007. in the company : STERLING PROJECTS & ENGINEERING LIMITED, CHENNAI, base location : kolkata ( OUTSOURCE BY TDS CONSULTANCY SERVICE, MOHALI ). My resign date: 03/04/2010.

Already i have withdrawn the total provident fund amount, but i haven't received total provident fund amount till date. As per p.f. office Chandigarh - my previous company had not submitted three months provident fund ( TDS CONSULTANCY SERVICE ).

My employee code was :TDS/SPEL/10064. My provident fund account number was : pb/ch/30259/1691. Months of missing p.f.: October 2007, November 2007 December 2007. But as per salary slip and offer letter they had deducted p.f. amount from my salary.

In the last one year i have contacted company several times but they had refused to pursue my problem.

I would be grateful if the concerned authorities kindly look into my matter & help me to get a solution, as soon as possible.

I am Vandana Khatri having PF no. MHBAN/45493/11483 have applied for PF withdrawal one year ago but yet i have not received the PF amount. Still this message is showing on the EPF website from long time:
