Hi Sir,

I Shoaib Alam ( ID 1887734) ex emloyeed of Dell. After my full & final settlement i filled & submitted my pf form in the month of Feb 2011 my PF account number is KN/BN/24960/42107 after 5 month of follow up and run around i was told that it would be settled in the month of August and now september commenced.

I have written many emails to ro.bangalore@epfindia.gov.in and got the reply once in 6 Months.
Now i dont know what is happening please help me out

I am also an ex dell Gurgaon employee. I had also submitted my claim in the month of March 2011, but still the claim is not settled. I have raised the grievance on the PF website and tried calling them, but they never answer the phone. I don't know which other channel can i contact them. so I am giving a try here. I don't know how this forum works but I have positive hopes from here.
