Respected Sir,

This is to inform you that i have applied for my E.P.F. in febrary 2011
but still iam not getting because the E.P.F. A/C officer Mr. Shikant (Dwaraka) and his
team are acting inviolence of E.P.F. act 1952 they are harassing for there self interest.
The officer who handling my form he ruin my form and make overwriting in my date of
joining and date of leaving and in form 9 he wrote my father name wrongly regarding
my father name i have mail to my last company (Metlife) four month ago but still it is not
change and the P.F. officer are not transfer my 1st P.F. amount to my 2end P.F. a/c .

Kindly do the needful and look into this matter .
